The Station House Hotel Cookery School offers various levels of cooking ability insight into how to create masterpiece dishes along with learning the basics.
Our classes are available to those of all ages from primary school students right through to adults.

Learn how to make basic Japanese home-cooked dishes, that are not all fish, nor sushi. Junko Hamilton, one of Dublin's well known Japanese chefs will perform this 2 hour long demonstration which will hopefully enable you to practise some Japanese cooking in the comforts of your own home. Many people associate Japanese food with sushi and raw fish. Junko will show you that this is certainly not the case. She will show you how to prepare rice, miso soup, and a selection of three other dishes - very typical to most Japanese household.
