We are delighted to introduce an evening of Boyne Valley culinary excellence with specialist wine and drinks pairing at the award winning Signal Restaurant, part of the The Station House Hotel in Kilmessan, Co. Meath.

Join us on Friday, 23rd March 2018 at The Signal Restaurant for a gastronomic adventure as we take you on a gourmet wine & dine evening with Simon Tyrrell, wine specialist and owner of the renowned Les Deux Cols in partnership with Tindal Wines, and Patrick Cooney, from the award winning Boyne Brewhouse.

Excellent quality drinks served alongside a 7 Course Tasting Menu specially curated by Executive Chef at The Signal Restaurant, Killian
O’Donohoe, and featuring the finest of local Boyne Valley fresh produce.
