The Boyne Valley is as fertile as it is beautiful, providing our chefs at Signal Restaurant with an abundance of fresh, high-quality local ingredients. We also grow our own fruit, vegetables and herbs in the kitchen gardens nestled within the 12 acres surrounding The Station House, as well as in Thelma’s garden nearby.

Our home-grown produce is put to good use in the hotel kitchen, where we make our own jams, chutneys and preserves, alongside freshly baked breads and scones each day. With such wonderful ingredients on our doorstep, our menus are guided by the seasons, showcasing produce when it is naturally at its very best.

Signal Restaurant has earned praise from critics, award judges and, most importantly, our guests. Opening Days
Signal Restaurant is open Wednesday to Sunday and closed on Monday and Tuesday. On Bank Holiday Mondays, we serve our All-Day Lunch Menu.
