On Sunday, Monday and Tuesday evenings, enjoy the same commitment to seasonal, farm-to-fork dining in the relaxed surroundings of our Garden Terrace or the cosy Platform Bar & Lounge. Guided by our farm-to-fork philosophy, Head Chef Gordon and his team work closely with local farmers, growers and artisan producers to showcase the very best of the Boyne Valley and beyond.
