For this special occasion, Head Chef Gordon and his team have crafted a 7-course tasting menu featuring premium, seasonal produce sourced directly from the Boyne Valley. To elevate the evening, our in-house sommelier, Alessandro, has curated a series of fine wine pairings, meticulously selected to enhance the vibrant flavors of our local landscape.
