Celebrate New Year’s Eve in style at the Station House Hotel with our exclusive Boyne Valley Tasting Dinner Party! Kick off the evening at 7:30 pm with pre-dinner cocktails in The Platform Bar & Brasserie. At 8 pm, indulge in a luxurious 7-course tasting menu in The Signal Restaurant, showcasing the finest Boyne Valley ingredients, expertly paired with wines selected by our in-house sommelier.

As the clock strikes midnight, toast to the New Year with a glass of bubbly while enjoying the warm ambiance, festive cheer, and live piano music by Matthew, who will be taking song requests well into the night.

Dress: Black Tie or Glam As You Can!
Cost: Dine only €90 per person including a pre-dinner cocktail, a 7-course tasting dinner, a glass of bubbly at midnight, and live music in the Piano Lounge until late. Add-on wine pairing €50.
